He/She needs to combine their leadership responsibilities with day-to-day accounting duties, such as data input and reporting. Investigating accounting irregularities, mistakes or potential fraudProducing regular financial reports, such as budgets or cash flow forecastsOffering advice and suggestions to management that can improve the accounting processes and financial stability of a companyEnsuring compliance with legal accounting standards

1. Day to day accounting including PF, ESI & TDS2. Preparing bank book and BRS3. Invoicing, Auditing4. Vendor Payments and receivables5. Liason with Banks and CA6. Budgeting7. Finalization of Accounts8. Petty Cash management

Administer life support, first-aid treatment and other forms of prehospital emergency care to people who are injured or sick.Operate equipment such as bag valve mask resuscitators, external defibrillators and electrocardiograms for advanced life support applications.Assess patients injury severity and type and quickly begin appropriate medical procedures.Drive mobile intensive care unit to predetermined location under the instructions of the emergency medical dispatcher.Assess, record and discuss patient injuries and condition with the physician, including any treatments provided and reactions to treatments or drugs.Clean and decontaminate ambulance after transporting or treating any patient with infectious disease. Report infectious disease with relevant authorities.Administer drugs as appropriate and necessary via injection, intravenous procedures or oral administration under the direction of a physician.Communicate and coordinate with dispatchers, fire department personnel, police and other emergency medical team members as needed to ensure that all applicable personnel are prepared to receive the patient and ensure proper treatment.

1. Dispensing generic medicine to the customers.2. Checking dosage, expiry, etc. correctly and with integrity.3. Referring internet, reference books and consulting with Doctors about prescription4. Suggesting patients correctly about non-prescription drugs and preparations.5. Advising patients about adverse events or side effects, if possible.6. Keeping knowledge of newer molecules7. Indenting of stock to the concerned authorities8. Keeping check on receipt and non-receipt of stock9. Proper storage of stock10. Keeping record of expiry of stock. And returning them to the distributor as per norms and receiving credit note for the same.11. Receiving stock from the distributor.12. Invoicing of each and every sale.13. Maintaining computerized records and hard copy records to be provided to the Area Manager.14. Managing, Supervising, training and guiding Sales Executive (Pharma)15. Reporting back to Area Manager on a daily basis.16. Auditing physical stock once a month.17. Reducing expiry and/or damage by 0.5% of monthly/yearly turnover18. Attempt to increase sales and achieve & surpass target
