Job Summary:We are looking for a confident, well-presented, and friendly female barista to join our premium tea & coffee caf. The ideal candidate should be skilled in beverage preparation, customer interaction, and maintaining a warm, welcoming caf atmosphere. This role involves both counter management and tea/coffee preparation with high standards of hygiene and service.Key Responsibilities:Prepare premium-quality tea, coffee, and signature beveragesGreet customers warmly and take their orders with a professional attitudeManage counter operations, billing, and UPI/POS transactionsServe beverages and snacks with proper presentationMaintain a clean, stylish, and hygienic caf environmentAssist in managing inventory and checking stock levelsEnsure fast and efficient service during busy hoursSupport basic snack preparation or plating (if required)Follow daily opening and closing proceduresRequirements:Female candidate with a pleasant personalityPrior caf/restaurant/barista experience is an advantageStrong customer service and communication skillsNeat, hygienic, and disciplined work habitsAbility to multitask and handle peak-hour rushBasic knowledge of tea/coffee or willingness to learnMinimum education: 12th passComfortable with shift timingsSalary:12,000 18,000 per monthPerformance & Sales IncentivesStaff Meal / Tea-Coffee BenefitsJob Type:Full-time / Shift-based
