However over the years the scope of Kamdhenu has broadened to encompass all aspects of sustainable development, relevant to both rural and urban populations in the developing world.

We are working on environmentally sustainable energy and waste management solutions to rural and urban households and establishments in India. We are focusing on kitchens wastage, where wood and biomass are still prevalent cooking fuels. In addition we provide waste-to-energy solutions customized to the needs of households as well as organizations. We also promote solar energy devices, and provide advice and consultancy on any energy saving, pollution reducing alternatives to traditional technologies.
