1) Implementation of best practices 5S, KAIZEN (R,A)2) Implement process improvements on Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) by appropriate data analysis.3) Co-ordinate TPM initiatives at all operations4) Co-ordinate TQM initiatives at all operations5) Co-ordination with PPC for monthly/weekly Production plan as per schedule(R)6) Co-ordination with PPC for monthly/weekly machine availability plan to achieve schedule(R)7) Review, evaluate and analyse fit & Function of manufactured component with CFT approach to satisfy Customer (R,S)8) Monitor & Control of manufacturing cost in gas, welding material, tools etc to achieve cost reduction/saving target9) Adherence of Safety norms & practices.10) Optimum use of all manpower & machines to meet desired output.11) Ensure safe working condition in the plant though EHS standards. (R)12) Provide technical expertise to the team.13) Maintain originality of Jigs and Fixtures14) GD&T

1) Should have good knowledge of the following operations to deliver and meet the production target and quality.2) FOP (Cutting, Beveling, Rolling, Chamfering & Drilling /Tapping)3) Fit - Up & Welding (Manual, Robotic)4) Machining Milling, Boring, Drilling, Facing, Tapping, Beveling and Machine Programming5) Painting Painting Standards, DFT (Dry Finish Test), Adhesion Test, Salt Spray Test
