Terminal Services Associate - Job DescriptionWe are looking for a professional, customer-focused, and responsible Terminal Services Associate to support smooth day-to-day operations within the airport terminal. The candidate will assist passengers, provide information, coordinate with airport teams, and help maintain an efficient and welcoming terminal environment.Key Responsibilities:- Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, gate locations, baggage collection, and terminal facilities.- Provide clear and accurate information regarding flights, gates, airport services, and general passenger queries.- Support passengers during arrival and departure procedures.- Assist with boarding and passenger movement while following established airport procedures.- Coordinate with airline staff, ground-handling teams, security personnel, and airport operations departments.- Help passengers requiring special assistance and ensure they receive appropriate support.- Monitor passenger queues and help maintain an organized flow within terminal areas.- Respond professionally to passenger concerns, delays, and service-related issues.- Report operational problems, safety concerns, or passenger-service issues to the appropriate supervisor.- Maintain required records and complete operational documentation accurately.- Follow airport safety, security, customer-service, and operational guidelines at all times.- Keep assigned service areas organized and presentable.- Work effectively with team members during busy periods, flight delays, and peak travel hours.- Perform additional terminal-service duties as assigned by the supervisor or airport management.Skills & Qualifications:Candidates should have good communication and interpersonal skills, a customer-friendly attitude, teamwork abilities, punctuality, and basic computer knowledge. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle passengers professionally is important.
