As a CNC VMC Operator, you will play a vital role in producing precision components from various materials using Vertical Machining Centers (VMC). Your responsibilities will include:- Setting Up Machines: Prepare and set up VMC machines by installing tools and making necessary adjustments for the production of high-quality parts.- Reading Blueprints: Analyze and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to understand specifications, dimensions, and tolerances.- Operating Machines: Operate CNC VMC machinery to manufacture parts as per detailed instructions while ensuring accurate execution.- Monitoring Operations: Continuously monitor the machine operation and output quality, making adjustments as needed to maintain product specifications.- Performing Quality Checks: Regularly check and measure finished products using precise instruments to ensure they meet required standards.- Maintaining Equipment: Conduct routine maintenance on CNC VMC machines to ensure optimal performance and longevity.- Troubleshooting Issues: Identify and resolve any technical issues or malfunctions that may arise during the machining process.To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 1-4 years of experience as a CNC operator, ideally with a focus on VMC. A background in engineering (B.E) or a vocational course is preferred. Strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and good problem-solving skills are essential.
