We are currently seeking to fill two critical positions for Warehouse Managers at our facility in Mudalapalya, Bangalore. We are looking for experienced and dedicated individuals to oversee our picking and packing operations.Key Details:Positions: 2 x Warehouse ManagersLocation: Mudalpalya, BangaloreSalary: 25,000 per monthStart Date: Within the next few days (urgent requirement)Responsibilities of the Warehouse Manager will include, but are not limited to:Overseeing and managing daily warehouse operations, specifically focusing on picking and packing activities.Ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to quality standards for all outbound shipments.Managing inventory, stock rotation, and maintaining accurate records.Leading, training, and motivating a team of picking and packing associates.Implementing and monitoring safety protocols and best practices within the warehouse.Troubleshooting operational issues and implementing corrective actions.Coordinating with other departments (e.g., logistics) to ensure smooth operations.Generating reports on warehouse performance and inventory levels.Candidate Requirements:Proven experience in warehouse management, with a strong focus on picking and packing operations.Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively.Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in relevant warehouse management software/systems.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.educational requirements Graduate and above.Minimum 1-5 years of relevant experience.We are looking to onboard suitable candidates urgently.
