Job Title : Liaison Officer - Techno-CommercialQualification ; Graduate in Engineering, Business Administration, or Commerce.Experience ; 5-15 years of experience in railway liaisoning, vendor development, or government relations within the railway sectors.Salary ; 30000 to 60000 Per MonthLocation ; Chandigarh/ Pan-IndiaKey Responsibilities :1) Act as the primary liaison between Tayal & Co. and Indian Railways across technical, commercial, and administrative levels.2) Travel frequently to RDSO (Lucknow), production units, and zonal headquarters to follow up on approvals, prototype testing, inspection schedules, and other business matters.3) Facilitate the movement and tracking of files, QAPs, prototype approvals, and vendor registration processes.4) Maintain professional relationships with key officers and departments, ensuring smooth communication and procedural coordination5) Collect on-ground feedback from officials and provide weekly reports to senior management on:Status of pending approvals and inspectionsOngoing and upcoming business opportunitiesCompetitive or procedural developments within Indian Railways procurement chains6) Coordinate product demonstrations, sample submissions, and site visits for RDSO or production unit officials.7) Monitor trial performance, inspection timelines, and approval progress across product categories such as FSDS, Air Springs, and EP Brake Systems.8) Ensure complete and accurate submission of technical documentation, compliance reports, and commercial correspondence.9) Support internal departments (technical, marketing, and quality) with live field information, feedback, and action points.10 ) Build and maintain a network of contacts across railway offices to anticipate and address procedural bottlenecks.This is a field-intensive role requiring frequent travel, strategic relationship management, and the ability to interpret technical and procedural requirements.Interested candidates may share their CV.
