The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with industrial automation, programming languages, and control system troubleshooting, ensuring production efficiency and reliability.Key Responsibilities:Develop, program, and maintain PLC software for industrial automation systems.Troubleshoot and debug existing PLC systems to ensure optimal performance.Collaborate with engineers and production teams to define control requirements and system specifications.Conduct testing, commissioning, and validation of PLC-controlled systems.Document PLC programs, wiring diagrams, and control logic for future reference and compliance.Provide technical support and training to operations and maintenance personnel.Participate in the design and implementation of process improvements and automation upgrades.Ensure all work complies with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related field (or equivalent experience).Proven experience as a PLC programmer in a manufacturing or industrial environment.Proficiency in PLC programming languages such as Ladder Logic, Function Block Diagram (FBD), Structured Text, or Sequential Function Chart (SFC).Experience with PLC platforms (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider Electric, Mitsubishi).Understanding of SCADA/HMI systems, industrial networks, and communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, etc.).Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Skills:Knowledge of robotics and motion control systems.Experience with industrial instrumentation and sensors.Familiarity with ISO, IEC, or other relevant automation standards.Working Conditions:May require occasional travel to project sites or manufacturing facilities.Exposure to industrial environments including machinery, noise, and electrical systems.
