Reside in the hostel premises and ensure 24x7 supervision and management of hostel activities. Maintain discipline, decorum, and safety among hostel residents. Monitor student behavior and provide timely guidance or disciplinary action as needed. Coordinate daily routines, including roll calls, lights-off timings, and attendance checks. Maintain hostel records such as resident lists, visitor logs, and maintenance complaints. Handle emergencies, medical issues, and first aid support in coordination with the medical team. Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of hostel rooms, bathrooms, and common areas. Supervise housekeeping, security staff, and ensure hostel rules are followed. Maintain stock and oversee distribution of hostel items (mattresses, furniture, cleaning supplies, etc.). Act as a point of contact for students' concerns, parental queries, and coordinate with management. Organize or assist in co-curricular activities and hostel events when required. Ensure compliance with fire safety, security, and emergency protocols.
