Responsibilities: Check the pendency at Hub and ensure all loads are attempted on Day 1 of receipt. Monitor all RVP pendency and quick collection of RVPS assigned. Responsible for overall performance and smooth functioning of multiple Hub in his or hercluster. Experience in Managing bulk shipments ranging from 500 to 700 on daily basis. Review monthly delivery performance of all staff. Monitor ageing, action on RTO instructions from key accounts. Conduct regular operations process training and ensure process adherence by all staff.
