Physiotherapist Fresher

We are looking for a dedicated Physiotherapist to join our team in Chennai. In this full-time role, you will help patients recover from injuries and improve their physical health. You will work closely with individuals to develop personalized treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess Patient Needs: Conduct evaluations to understand each patient's physical condition and needs, including pain levels and mobility issues.

- Develop Treatment Plans: Create tailored plans designed to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals, based on their specific conditions and progress.

- Administer Therapy: Implement various physiotherapy techniques, such as exercises, manual therapy, and modalities like ultrasound or electrical stimulation to facilitate recovery.

- Monitor Progress: Regularly track patient progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

- Educate Patients: Provide information and guidance to patients about their conditions, treatment options, and home exercises to promote self-management.

- Collaborate with Healthcare Team: Work closely with doctors and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and improve overall health outcomes.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- A degree in BDS, ma, , or is required for this role.

- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with patients and their families.

- Good analytical skills to assess patient conditions and adapt treatments.

- A compassionate nature with a patient-centered approach to care.

- Willingness to learn and grow in the field of physiotherapy, especially for fresh graduates.

- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
