To manage team of Engineers and provide them technical guidance. To perform engineering analysis and prepare calculations complying with Project Design Criteria, codes of practises and company standards. To supervise drafters in the production of engineering drawings in order to develop practical and economic designs. To participate in the preparation of all project design deliverables including layout drawings, detail drawings, schedules, specifications, data sheets, calculations requisitions, and technical tender evaluations, in accordance with the project requirements and the company procedures and standards. To ensure technical integrity of design deliverables. To ensure that all document checking and design verification tasks have been completed in accordance with the company and project procedures before formal document issue. To ensure conformance with customer requirement. To liaise with other consultants and to co-ordinate the discipline activities with the others to achieve the overall project design objectives in the most efficient manner. Attend meetings as and when required and prepare minutes of meeting. Resolve technical problems at site by liaising with PE directly. Prepare tender specifications and assist team to select competent vendor Support supervisors in the day-to-day execution of projects Undertake learning and development on a consistent and regular basis.

Required Skills & Experience:Performance Testing Concepts: Good understanding of load testing, stress testing, spike testing, and scalability testing.JMeter: Experience in designing test plans, parameterization, correlation, using assertions, and generating HTML reports.Postman: Proficiency in API testing, including chaining requests, using pre-request scripts, and writing test assertions.MongoDB & SQL:Writing efficient queries and scripts.Monitoring database performance under load.Understanding of indexing and query optimization.Scripting & Automation: Ability to use Beanshell or Groovy scripting in JMeter, parameterize test data, and automate test execution.System Monitoring: Familiarity with monitoring tools like Grafana or others for identifying system bottlenecks.Data Handling: Experience in preparing test data and managing DB states before and after test runs.Analytical & Reporting Skills: Ability to analyze test results, identify performance bottlenecks, and prepare clear reports with recommendations.

Register customer complaints and ensure timely resolution with professional manners. Doing feedback call & solving queries and issues. Maintain and update customer databases using Excel and Google Sheets. Maintain proper documentation for all interactions and activities with accuracy.Key Requirements: Minimum 1 year in a customer service or support role. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. Strong communication and attention to detail. Ability to handle customer complaints professionally and empathetically.
