Grow the mystery shopper database by adding at least 100 new candidates every month. Adhere to internal standards for managing project documentation and processes. Ensure all reports and documentation are submitted accurately and on time.Process Expectations: Respond quickly to communication channels (Telegram, WhatsApp, Skype) with minimal delays. Miss no more than 20% of incoming calls. Keep the mystery shopper database up to date and accurate.
