Tig welder / Aluminum for a Sheet Metal Fabrication Industry in Dabaspet, Having Experience in sheet Metal Industry , Sheet Metal Fabrication IndustryJob Types: Full-time,Job Description & Requirements: 1. Experience in aluminum material welding of thickness from 2mm to 16mm 2. Should be able to study the assembly drawings, weld drawings & weld symbols. 3. Knowledge in welding parameter fine tuning & fixing 4. Should have at least one welder qualification certificate in aluminum material with 2-4mm thickness (WPS/WQT/WPQR) 5. Achieving welding specifications as mentioned in the drawing & Work instruction 6. Should work for 100% output as per given daily production plan 7. Working to reduce the welding defects & repair the defects as per procedures8. Preparing materials & workplace for safe & effective welding work 9. Knowledge & experience in resolving minor welding machine breakdowns 10. Knowledge & experience in operations like Drilling/Oxy fuel cutting/Grinding 11. Training of welding apprentices & co-welders on aluminum MIG welding process 12. Reporting to production supervisor, manager on production outputs/issues & equipment failure, material shortage, workforce shortage & work safety issues 14. Knowledge of welding machine PM, calibration, and critical spares maintenance. 15. Maintain welding related consumables minimum stock. 16. Follow safety practices defined by the team and be aware of safety PPEs and its effective usage. 17.
