We are seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join our team in Makarpura GIDC, Vadodara. The ideal candidate will have between 2 to 8 years of experience in MIG welding and should possess an I.T.I. qualification. This full-time position requires a male candidate who is ready to work in an office environment.Key Responsibilities:- **MIG Welding**: Perform MIG (Metal Inert Gas) welding on various materials, ensuring high-quality, strong welds and meeting specifications.- **Blueprint Reading**: Interpret and understand technical drawings and blueprints to determine welding requirements and dimensions.- **Equipment Maintenance**: Regularly inspect and maintain welding equipment, keeping tools in excellent working condition to ensure safety and efficiency.- **Quality Control**: Monitor weld quality through visual inspections and other quality assurance practices to adhere to industry standards and specifications.- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members and departments to coordinate tasks and ensure timely project completion.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates must have a solid understanding of MIG welding techniques and safety practices. Proficiency in reading blueprints is essential. The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is critical, along with attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
