Key Responsibilities:1. Weld metal parts together using various welding processes such as MIG, TIG, and stick welding.- The welder must be proficient in welding different types of metal using different techniques.2. Read and interpret blueprint drawings and welding symbols to determine the appropriate welding process.- The ability to understand technical drawings is essential for accurately executing welding tasks.3. Inspect welds to ensure they meet quality standards and make any necessary repairs.- The welder must have an eye for detail to identify imperfections and correct them to ensure structural integrity.4. Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition.- It is important for the welder to keep their equipment properly maintained to ensure efficient and safe welding operations.Required Skills and Expectations:1.
