In this role, you will spearhead lead generation, client acquisition, and deal closure for international clients. Your focus will be on cold outreach, crafting tailored proposals, and exceeding sales targets while fostering long-term client relationships.Roles & Responsibilities:1. Proven success in cold outreach and closing high-value deals.2. Conduct cold calls, emails, and social outreach (LinkedIn, Twitter) to identify potential clients.3. Moderate grasp of digital marketing (SEO, PPC, social media, web development).4. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.5. Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho, hubspot etc..) and video conferencing (Zoom, Teams).6. Research international markets to target decision-makers in need of digital solutions (SEO, PPC, web design).7. Negotiate contracts and close deals independently, ensuring alignment with client goals.8. Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to signed agreements.9. Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas.10. Conduct follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.11. Provide weekly sales reports and pipeline updates.Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Experience with international clients. Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in digital marketing services with international clients. Proven track record of meeting & exceeding sales targets and managing high performing teams . Strong leadership, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills . Expertise in digital marketing tools, platforms, and international market dynamics. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills .
