DetailsUnstop (Formerly Dare2Compete) is looking for an Associate - Web Operations & Student Programs who can be the liaison between the Operations team and the users. They will be responsible for resolving users' issues and requests in a timely manner. Prioritize, organize and execute solutions to said issues and requests. Responsibilities of the Candidate:-Assist with challenging user requests or issue escalations as needed-Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with user-Collaborate with the Operations team to maintain a healthy delivery pipeline and ensure timely delivery of client requirements within the agreed SLA-Cooperate with different departments to improve business operations-Communicate with the team to develop strategic operations goals-Make recommendations for business performance improvement-Monitor website performance and recommend ways to improve the user journey on the website-Liaise between the user and internal teams, interact and coordinate with all departments working on the same account-Receive and respond to approval and notifications-Resolve any issues faced by the users, ensure redressal for complaints within the shortest span of time-Update user through email, phone and online presentationsRequirement:Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
