Unstop (Formerly Dare2Compete) is looking for an Associate - Web Operations & Student Programs who can be the liaison between the Operations team and the users. They will be responsible for resolving users' issues and requests in a timely manner. Prioritize, organize and execute solutions to said issues and requests.

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

-Assist with challenging user requests or issue escalations as needed

-Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with user

-Collaborate with the Operations team to maintain a healthy delivery pipeline and ensure timely delivery of client requirements within the agreed SLA

-Cooperate with different departments to improve business operations

-Communicate with the team to develop strategic operations goals

-Make recommendations for business performance improvement

-Monitor website performance and recommend ways to improve the user journey on the website

-Liaise between the user and internal teams, interact and coordinate with all departments working on the same account

-Receive and respond to approval and notifications

-Resolve any issues faced by the users, ensure redressal for complaints within the shortest span of time

-Update user through email, phone and online presentations

Requirement:

Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
