unstop (formerly dare2compete) is looking for an associate - web operations & student programs who can be the liaison between the operations team and the users. they will be responsible for resolving users' issues and requests in a timely manner. prioritize, organize and execute solutions to said issues and requests.
responsibilities of the candidate:
-assist with challenging user requests or issue escalations as needed
-be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with user
-collaborate with the operations team to maintain a healthy delivery pipeline and ensure timely delivery of client requirements within the agreed sla
-cooperate with different departments to improve business operations
-communicate with the team to develop strategic operations goals
-make recommendations for business performance improvement
-monitor website performance and recommend ways to improve the user journey on the website
-liaise between the user and internal teams, interact and coordinate with all departments working on the same account
-receive and respond to approval and notifications
-resolve any issues faced by the users, ensure redressal for complaints within the shortest span of time
-update user through email, phone and online presentations
