Logistics Manager responsibilities include organizing and monitoring storage and distribution of goods.The goal is to manage the entire order cycle so as to enhance business development and ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction.Responsibilities1-Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services2-Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle3-Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers4-Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency5-Arrange warehouse, catalogue goods, plan routes and process shipments66-Resolve any arising problems or complaints7-Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce8-Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets9-Maintain metrics and analyse data to assess performance and implement improvements10-Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirementsRequirements and skills1-Minimum 1-2 yrs. experience as Logistics /Warehouse/ Dispatch2-Proven working experience as a Logistics/Warehouse/ Dispatch3-Record of successful distribution and logistics /Warehouse/ Dispatch4-Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff5-Proficient in standard logistics software6-Excellent analytical, problem solving and organisational skills7-Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects8-Bachelor Degree.
