Patient Assistance:Help patients in moving to and from diagnostic areas (e.g., X-ray room, CT scan, MRI, sample collection).Assist elderly, disabled, or unwell patients during registration, waiting, and testing.Offer wheelchairs or stretchers and support patients during transfers.Basic Support Services:Help patients change into diagnostic gowns when required.Ensure patient comfort during waiting and post-test recovery (if needed).Guide patients to appropriate counters or rooms as per the test schedule.Cleanliness and Hygiene:Maintain cleanliness in diagnostic rooms, waiting areas, and restrooms.Disinfect equipment surfaces and furniture as per protocol.Dispose of medical and general waste in the correct bins as per biomedical waste management rules.Logistics and Facility Management:Deliver samples, reports, or equipment within departments.Refill supplies like tissues, gloves, sanitizers, and patient gowns.Report equipment malfunctions or cleanliness issues to the supervisor.Compliance and Safety:Follow infection control and safety protocols strictly.Use protective gear (mask, gloves) as per standard procedures.Maintain patient confidentiality and dignity.
