- Responsible for attending to the needs of patients within the hospital ward.
- This includes assisting with basic medical procedures, helping patients with personal hygiene, and ensuring their comfort.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the ward.
- Regularly clean and sanitize the ward, including patient rooms, common areas, and bathrooms to prevent the spread of infections.
- Assist nursing staff with patient care tasks.
- Support nurses in monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and carrying out other medical treatments as instructed.
- Transport patients to different areas within the hospital.
- Safely transport patients to and from tests, surgeries, and other appointments as required.
- Provide support to patients and their families.
- Offer emotional support and assistance to patients and their families during their stay in the hospital.
