As a Facility Engineer, you will play an essential role in ensuring that our work environment is safe, efficient, and well-maintained. Your responsibilities will include:- Maintaining Facility Infrastructure: Regularly inspect and ensure the proper functioning of all facility systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, to create a comfortable environment.- Troubleshooting Issues: Identify and resolve facility-related problems quickly to minimize downtime and maintain productivity within the organization.- Overseeing Maintenance Services: Coordinate and oversee scheduled maintenance activities, ensuring that all repairs are done correctly and on time to prevent disruptions.- Implementing Safety Standards: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and policies to provide a safe working environment for all employees.- Budget Management: Assist in developing and managing facility budgets, ensuring costs remain within defined limits while ensuring quality maintenance services.- Collaboration with Vendors: Work closely with contractors and service providers to deliver maintenance and repair services effectively.For this position, candidates should possess the following skills:- A Bachelors or Master's degree in Engineering, preferably M.Tech, with a focus on facility management or a related field.- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically under pressure to provide efficient solutions.- Excellent communication skills, enabling effective interaction with team members, vendors, and management.- Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems is preferred.- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn, especially for candidates with little to no experience.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and implement machine learning models and AI solutions.Build and optimize data pipelines for model training, validation, and deployment.Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and business insights.Develop, test, and deploy predictive, classification, recommendation, and generative AI models.Monitor model performance and retrain models as needed to maintain accuracy.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into products and business processes.Apply best practices for data quality, model governance, security, and scalability.Research and evaluate emerging AI/ML technologies, tools, and frameworks.Document model architecture, development processes, and technical specifications.Ensure AI solutions comply with ethical, legal, and organizational guidelines.

Maintenance of VSAT

Maintenance of Electronic Sirens, Control systems and wireless communication like RADIO and GPRS in ODISHA. The Tsunami Early Warning system is installed in 6 districts, with SEOC in Bhubaneswar, BEOC in 22 Talukas and 122 Sirens in coastal villages across 500 Km of Odisha coastline.
