Key Responsibilities

Technical Project Leadership: Direct the end-to-end engineering and execution of large-

scale landscaping and agricultural projects across Australia.

Soil & Resource Management: Conduct on-site analysis of Australian soil and climate

conditions to optimize the use of our proprietary seeds, soil mixes, and fertilizers.

Irrigation & System Design: Design and oversee the installation of advanced irrigation and

drainage systems tailored to the specific needs of Green Society projects.

Quality Control: Ensure that all plants and agricultural materials meet both the aesthetic

standards of The Leavesand the strict biosecurity regulations of Australia.

On-site Supervision: Manage local labor and contractors to ensure project timelines,

structural integrity, and botanical health are maintained.

Technical Liaison: Act as the primary technical bridge between our Gurugram production

team and Australian project sites to resolve engineering challenges in real-time.
