Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented executive to handle visa slot booking, application form filing, for various countries. You will ensure timely submissions and maintain accuracy across all client applications.Key Responsibilities 1. Slot Management - Monitor and book visa appointment slots for countries like USA, Canada, UK, Schengen, Australia, etc. across VFS, BLS, TLS, and embassy portals. - Track slot availability daily and secure slots as per client priority and deadlines. - Coordinate with clients to confirm available dates - Maintain a log of booked, pending, and rescheduled slots with 100% accuracy. 2. Application Filings - Fill online/offline visa application forms like DS-160, IMM forms, UKVI forms, Schengen forms, etc. without errors. - Upload documents on portals as per checklist and country-specific guidelines. - Verify all client data: passport details, travel history, employment info, financials before submission. - Submit applications, generate payment receipts, and download confirmation letters. 3. Compliance & Reporting - Ensure adherence to embassy guidelines, data privacy, and internal SOPs. - Maintain daily MIS of slots booked, forms filed- Report challenges like portal downtime, slot unavailability, or document gaps to manager. Key Requirements - Experience: 0- 3years in visa filing, back-office immigration, or travel documentation. Freshers with fast typing & attention to detail can apply. - Education: Graduate in any stream. - Skills: Fast typing speed 35+ WPM, strong computer/internet skills, knowledge of Excel, Good communication skills in speaking English & Hindi, Familiarity with visa portals is a plus. - Attributes: High accuracy, deadline-driven, ability to work in Rotational shifts.
