The person is liable to communicate with the inquiries given foe the future travel requirements of the client. He need to find best options values for money and try to unique vacation experience by which they should give us repeated business.

We are urgently looking for an Executive who ideally must have a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2-3 years Visa industry experience with fluent English. This role will give a broader horizon to the selected candidate to learn vivid aspects of the Visitor, Worker and other allied types of visas. That way, this profile will be value-added to the selected one's professional career. The salary is not an issue for the right match.

Must be able to help the client to obtain Visas, and assist in collating documents required.The Visa Executive is expected to consult, prepare and accurately process visa application of clients, the job entailsRegular office work Keep an up to date knowledge of all visa requirementsCoordination with Clients regarding documents regarding Visa Processing.Handling client queries over the phone and & emails and daily follow up with the clients and help in filling the visas & and passport forms.Document verification and collection of applications for visa processing.Handle customer/applicant queries personally or via email, telephone.Record & maintain all application data. Ensure accurate & timely data entry into the system with zero errors.Maintain compliance to the standard operating procedures, manuals etc. without deviation in process.Ensure that the entire process is completed within the mandated turnaround time.You would have good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Power-point and the Internet;Can join us ASAP.
