The Visa and Immigration Consultant must oversee all aspects of the Visa and Immigration Service, ensuring that the process runs smoothly.The Visa and Immigration Consultant must interview all clients and deal with all applications face to face and by post to ensure that the client is suitable.You must oversee the completion of all relevant visa and immigration documents and ensure that they are received within the time limit set by the government.The Visa and Immigration Consultant must ensure that all of the information provided by the client is accurate and correct, preparing and checking all legal documents.The Visa and Immigration Consultant must prepare all fee quotes and any information required by clients, colleagues or authorities.You must maintain strong working relationships with all clients and colleagues.The Visa and Immigration Consultant must be able to help the client to obtain Visas, Green cards and other documentation required.You must take full responsibility of all Immigration issues and operations, remaining up to date with any changes to legislation.As the Visa and Immigration Consultant you may be required train some HR staff to enhance their understanding of immigration rules to help them to fulfil their roles to a high level.

Responsibilities: Listening to students' academic, emotional, social, and behavioral concerns in an open and nonjudgemental way. Working directly with students to develop solutions and set achievable goals. Providing one-on-one career guidance and skills assessment to assist with career development. Helping students to prepare for admissions applications and tests. Providing students with materials related to a career of their choice or career counseling to suit their skills. Developing, monitoring, and assisting with counseling programs. Offering referrals to outside resources, such as for mental health, substance abuse, or vocational-related activities. Reporting student issues to the appropriate state authorities if neglect or abuse is suspected.Requirements: Bachelor's or associate's degree in counseling/ related programs. Minimum of 1 year of experience professional counseling experience, preferably in an educational field, freshers are also welcome to apply for the position. Knowledge of placement testing and career, personal, and educational assessment. Experience with counseling principles, techniques, and practices as applied to students' problems and developmental needs. Excellent active listening and communication skills. Patient, friendly, and accommodating personality. Social perceptiveness and an understanding of body language. Excellent interpersonal and mediation skills.Targets: On a daily basis you have to apply 4-5 application on the portals. follow up with the university and students to fasten the process. 25-35% conversion rate is expected.For freshers training will be given for 2 weeks.Salary:We are offering 10,000 during the training period and the salary will be increased based on performance.Location:Bengaluru ( work from office ).
