This role is suitable for freshers with a basic education up to the 10th standard who are keen to start their careers in security.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Monitoring Premises:** Regularly patrol the designated areas to deter and detect any unauthorized activities or safety hazards, ensuring a safe environment.- **Access Control:** Manage entry and exit points by checking identification and granting access only to authorized personnel, preventing unauthorized entry.- **Incident Reporting:** Record any unusual occurrences or incidents in detail and report them to the appropriate authorities, maintaining a reliable log of events.- **Emergency Response:** Act swiftly in case of emergencies, such as fire alarms, disturbances, or medical situations, and assist in coordinating evacuations if necessary.- **Customer Service:** Assist visitors and staff by providing clear directions or information, offering a friendly and welcoming presence while maintaining security.**Required Skills and Expectations:**- **Attention to Detail:** Ability to notice and act upon suspicious activities or behavior, maintaining a secure environment.- **Physical Fitness:** Must be in good physical condition to perform regular patrols and respond quickly to incidents.- **Communication Skills:** Strong verbal skills are necessary to convey information clearly and effectively to staff and visitors.- **Team Player:** Willingness to work collaboratively with other security personnel and staff to enhance overall safety.- **Adaptability:** Must be prepared to adapt to various situations and handle pressure calmly, ensuring a secured operation at all times. This role is full-time, and the work will be conducted from home, providing flexibility while playing a crucial role in maintaining safety.

A security guard protects people, property, and assets by maintaining a high-visibility presence, conducting patrols, monitoring surveillance systems, and controlling access points to prevent theft, violence, or infractions. They respond to emergencies, investigate disturbances, and report suspicious activities to law enforcement. Key ResponsibilitiesPatrolling & Surveillance: Conducting patrols of premises (foot or vehicle) and monitoring CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and security equipment.Access Control: Authorizing the entry/departure of employees and visitors, checking IDs, and monitoring entrance/exit points.Incident Response: Responding to alarms, security breaches, or emergencies (fire, medical) and taking appropriate action to secure the scene.Reporting: Maintaining detailed, accurate, and up-to-date logs of daily activities and filing incident reports.Enforcement: Enforcing company policies, safety protocols, and regulations, including managing visitor parking and monitoring restricted areas.Safety Inspections: Checking locks, windows, doors, and gates to ensure they are secure and investigating signs of tampering.
