Interview For Security Guard || 10th Pass - Freshers

We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Security Guard to join our team in Singapore. This full-time position requires a proactive individual who is ready to ensure the safety and security of our premises.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitoring the premises: Regularly patrol the assigned areas to identify any suspicious activities or unauthorized personnel, ensuring a secure environment.

- Access control: Manage the entry and exit of individuals, verifying their identity and maintaining records as needed to prevent unauthorized access.

- Emergency response: Be prepared to act quickly in emergencies, following established protocols to handle incidents effectively and ensure the safety of all staff and visitors.

- Maintaining order: Enforce rules and regulations to ensure the safety and comfort of everyone on site, addressing any disturbances or issues that arise.

- Reporting incidents: Document any unusual occurrences or security breaches, providing detailed reports to management for further investigation.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The ideal candidate should have completed at least the 10th grade and possess excellent observational skills. Although prior experience in security is not necessary, a willingness to learn and follow directions is essential.

Candidates should be physically fit to perform the duties required and have strong communication skills to interact professionally with visitors and staff. A sense of responsibility and vigilance is crucial to maintain a secure work environment. Additionally, only male candidates are being considered for this role.
