The role ensures quality, timely delivery, and competitive pricing while maintaining strong supplier relationships and cost efficiency. Responsibilities Identify and source high-quality handicraft suppliers globally. Build and maintain strong relationships with artisans and suppliers. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to ensure cost-effectiv procurement. Costing to be done with complete breakdown and details. Develop auto costing formula Ensure products meet quality, sustainability, and fair trade standards. Conduct communication with Different suppliers on Raw materials and Packaging. Track and manage supplier performance and resolve any issues promptly. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, marketing, and logistics. Analyse market trends and adapt sourcing strategies accordingly. Have good knowledge about raw material, Contractors, Production cost and packaging suppliers.Qualifications Bachelor-s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field. 5+ years of experience in sourcing or procurement, preferably within the handicraft sector. Proven track record in supplier management and contract negotiation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel internationally as required to meet different suppliers.
