The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our procurement processes. Key Responsibilities:- Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure the best pricing and quality for materials and services.- Purchase Order Processing: Create and manage purchase orders based on organizational needs, ensuring accuracy in product specifications, pricing, and delivery dates.- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and trends in product pricing, helping the company to stay competitive in its purchases.- Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels, assessing restocking needs and collaborating with relevant departments to ensure sufficient stock availability.- Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to secure favorable pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on purchasing activities, including expenditure, supplier performance, and inventory status to inform management decisions.Required Skills and Expectations:The candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with suppliers.
