RESPONSIBILITIES Creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements,and user feedback Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes and mockups Translating requirements into style guides, design systems, designpatterns and attractive user interfaces Designing UI elements such as input controls, navigational componentsand informational components Creating original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables) Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems (e.g. responsiveness) Collaborating effectively with product, engineering, and managementteams Incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findingsinto design in order to enhance user experienceEXPERIENCE 2-3 years minimum in creating user interfaces, flows and designs Ability to work both independently and in collaborative teams tocommunicate design and build ideas effectively Experience using analytics tools like Amplitude, Google Analytics,Fullstory etc to study user behavior
