Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Service Engineer/Service Technician located in Vadodara. The primary responsibilities include performing maintenance and troubleshooting tasks, providing field service, technical support, and repair services to ensure the optimal functioning of equipment. The role involves close collaboration with clients to resolve technical issues and deliver high-quality service while ensuring customer satisfaction.QualificationsDiploma-Mechanical/Electrical/Auto/ITI-Fitter/Electrician/Refrigeration, Fresh or 2/3 years experienceStrong skills in Troubleshooting and Technical Support, with the ability to diagnose and resolve equipment-related issues effectively.Experience in Field Service and Maintenance & Repair, ensuring timely servicing and maintenance of industrial equipment.Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with team members and convey technical information to clients effectively.Ability to work on-site and adapt to various working conditions and environments.Diploma or Degree in a relevant technical field such as Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is preferred.Prior experience in servicing industrial equipment is advantageous.Equipment to handle: Air Compressors/Air Dryers/Plate Type Heat Exchanger

Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial sectors. Handle sales and service activities for products like pumps, valves, compressors, gearboxes, mechanical seals, and centrifugal pumps. Understand and analyze the customer needs to provide the right technical solutions. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction. Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to clients. Manage pre- and post-sales support including after-sales service coordination. Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and negotiate close deals effectively. Report regularly on sales pipeline and customer feedback to the management
