REQUIREMENTSBachelor's or Master's degree in User Experience Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.At least 3 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer, preferably in a digital agency or product development environment.Proven track record of designing and delivering user-centered digital solutions that meet business and user needs.Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools such as InVision, Axure, or Principle.Solid understanding of user research methodologies, usability principles, and accessibility guidelines.Experience working in Agile/Scrum development teams and collaborating with developers to ensure successful implementation of designs.RESPONSIBILITIESWork collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to understand project requirements and user needs.Conduct user research, usability testing, and other relevant user-centered design techniques to inform design decisions.Develop wireframes, prototypes, and other design artifacts that effectively communicate design concepts and interactions to stakeholders and development teams.Create visually appealing, responsive, and accessible interfaces that enhance user experience across multiple platforms and devices.Design and implement design systems, pattern libraries, and style guides to ensure consistency and scalability across different projects.Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices across the organization and foster a culture of design thinking and collaboration.Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and continuously improve your skills and knowledge.

Proven working experience of minimum 3 years on either of them, consumer-facing applications, platform UX, healthcare UX, enterprise UX, (multichannel), embedded product UIs, and large websites.Ability to empathize with the end-users and the clients.Ability to translate user research insights into design requirementsand drive and lead the projects using design methodologies.Ability to translate high-level project requirements into designinputs and support define user experience roadmap to deliverdesign artifacts such as user stories, information architecture, wire flows,wireframes and walk-through prototypes.Strong understanding of design processes, tools, and techniques.Creating concepts in a wide variety of variants from sketched tohigh fidelity mock-ups.Basic experience conducting user research and UX evaluation.Work collaboratively and communicate effectively the designsideas with all stakeholders.

Expertise in current Internet standards, including web browsers and browser specifications. Expertise in creating websites / Application designs which are in sync with multi platforms & screen specs Hands on experience with Photoshop, Corel Draw, Illustrator, Dream Weaver, jquery, Java Script, CSS3,HTML5, Bracket, Angular Js, Node Js, Bootstrap Experience and understanding of site architecture, user experience, color theory and color management on the web, proper file formats, compression methods and techniques, etc. Knowledge of PHP would be a definite bonusJob Responsibilities : Creating web site designs.
