REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's or Master's degree in User Experience Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.

At least 3 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer, preferably in a digital agency or product development environment.

Proven track record of designing and delivering user-centered digital solutions that meet business and user needs.

Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools such as InVision, Axure, or Principle.

Solid understanding of user research methodologies, usability principles, and accessibility guidelines.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum development teams and collaborating with developers to ensure successful implementation of designs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to understand project requirements and user needs.

Conduct user research, usability testing, and other relevant user-centered design techniques to inform design decisions.

Develop wireframes, prototypes, and other design artifacts that effectively communicate design concepts and interactions to stakeholders and development teams.

Create visually appealing, responsive, and accessible interfaces that enhance user experience across multiple platforms and devices.

Design and implement design systems, pattern libraries, and style guides to ensure consistency and scalability across different projects.

Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices across the organization and foster a culture of design thinking and collaboration.

Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and continuously improve your skills and knowledge.
