UI/UX designer at Speridian Technologies, plans, architects the user experience design for websites, mobile apps, Intranets, and Web applications. Leads the creation of digital products made from a users perspective. Assist with user research, interviews, surveys and usability studies, translating findings into wireframes and prototypes. Execute strategic and tactical UX decisions related to design and usability as well as features and functions. Oversee the development and delivery of effective user interfaces. The best candidate will possess outstanding creativity, a highly detailed nature, and the ability to help define and solve complex user interface problems. Experience and Portfolio At least 3+ years experience in related user experience position. Demonstrable experience with information architecture for websites and apps. A portfolio link which demonstrates skills and expertise in UX design. Education Bachelors degree or higher expected but not required if work experience and samples are stellar. Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) UI/UX Design certification is a plusSkills / Qualities Design thinking for a wide range of products. Good knowledge of UI design principles and techniques. Expert knowledge of responsive design and mobile UI. Good design knowledge using Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator Strong working knowledge of HTML5/XHTML, CSS3, SASS and JavaScript. Angular 2+ and Typescript knowledge is a plus. Ability to perform in a fast paced, high stress design process under minimal supervision. Strong team work and collaborative skills and UI UX support for developers with standard coding languages like Angular, React, ASP.NET and PHP frameworks.
