Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in UI/UX and frontend development.Required Skills & Qualifications: Frontend Technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript Frameworks & Libraries: React.js, Angular, Vue.js (any one) UI/UX Design Knowledge: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools CSS Preprocessors: SASS/SCSS, LESS Responsive Design: Flexbox, Grid, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS State Management: Redux, Context API, Vuex (as applicable) Version Control: Git, GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket Build Tools: Webpack, Vite, Babel, NPM/Yarn Testing: Jest, Cypress, React Testing Library (good to have) Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Basic Understanding of SEO and Web Accessibility (WCAG, ARIA)

Responsibilities:-Using activity diagrams, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, flowcharts, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, interviews, and workflow analysis to Induce and manage requirements.Gathering information from multiple sources and critically evaluating it, reconciling conflicts, disseminating high-level information into details and distinguishing user requests from their true needs.Driving and challenging the presumptions of business units on how will they successfully execute their plans.Interpreting business needs of customers and translating them into the application and operational requirement with the help of strong analytical and product management skills.Establishing the technical vision and analysing trade-offs between usability and performance needs by teaming up with developers and subject matter experts.Liaising between technology teams, support teams and business units.Using standard templates and natural language to develop requirement specifications.Serving as a channel between the internal-external customers and the software development team through which requirements flow.Communicating and collaborating Proactively with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and delivering Use Cases, GUI, Screen and Interface designs as and when required.Delivering work products throughout the project life cycle.Analyzing information from surveys and workshops, task analysis, and business process description.Conferring with project managers to define concepts and using enterprise-wide requirements definition and management systems.

Job Responsibilities: Collaborate with product managers and development teams to understand the user requirements and design interfaces that meet their needs. Create UI/UX design templates and guidelines for web developers to build off of, ensuring that designs are device-responsive and aligned with the latest UI/UX principles. Develop wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and prototypes to communicate design concepts and ideas effectively. Conduct user research and usability testing to validate designs and iterate on feedback to improve the user experience. Work closely with developers to ensure the design is implemented correctly and consistently across all devices and platforms. Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX design trends, techniques, and technologies and apply them to the design process. Create user dashboards for various web applications.Job Requirements: Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role. Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI/UX design, including user-centered designprinciples, design thinking, and device responsiveness. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, InVision, AdobeCreative Suite, etc. Knowledge of front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience creating user dashboards. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
