Key ResponsibilitiesDrawing Creation: Use CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) to produce detailed 2D and 3D drawings, including floor plans, elevations, schematics, wiring diagrams, and assembly drawings, based on sketches or design data provided by engineers.Revision and Modification: Revise existing drawings to reflect design changes (redlining), updates, or required dimensional corrections, ensuring all revisions are documented and controlled.Standards and Compliance: Ensure all drawings adhere to required industry codes (e.g., ASME, IS codes), standardized drafting practices, and company quality standards, including correct use of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).Documentation: Organize and maintain a clean digital database of drawing files, specifications, and related documents for easy retrieval and version control.Material Quantification: Assist in calculating material quantities, dimensions, and specifications necessary for the final product or construction project.
