_*Job Responsibilities*_> Arrange and source vehicles such as Dala Body, Trailers, Containers, and other commercial vehicles as per daily load requirements.> Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers, fleet owners, transporters, and vehicle vendors.> Coordinate the complete process of daily load placement, from vehicle sourcing to successful dispatch.> Handle daily bidding activities and support effective operational planning.> Monitor vehicle movement and ensure timely placement and dispatch of vehicles.> Resolve on-ground operational issues quickly and coordinate with drivers, transporters, and clients as required.> Track vehicle availability, freight rates, and market conditions to ensure competitive sourcing.> Negotiate with transporters and vehicle owners to secure suitable vehicles at appropriate market rates.> Maintain daily operational records and provide regular updates to management.> Achieve monthly assigned targets and contribute to operational efficiency.> Work towards assigned targets to become eligible for performance-based rewards and incentives.
