Traffic Executive (Roadways Transport Industry)

_*Job Responsibilities*_

> Arrange and source vehicles such as Dala Body, Trailers, Containers, and other commercial vehicles as per daily load requirements.

> Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers, fleet owners, transporters, and vehicle vendors.

> Coordinate the complete process of daily load placement, from vehicle sourcing to successful dispatch.

> Handle daily bidding activities and support effective operational planning.

> Monitor vehicle movement and ensure timely placement and dispatch of vehicles.

> Resolve on-ground operational issues quickly and coordinate with drivers, transporters, and clients as required.

> Track vehicle availability, freight rates, and market conditions to ensure competitive sourcing.

> Negotiate with transporters and vehicle owners to secure suitable vehicles at appropriate market rates.

> Maintain daily operational records and provide regular updates to management.

> Achieve monthly assigned targets and contribute to operational efficiency.

> Work towards assigned targets to become eligible for performance-based rewards and incentives.
