Will be responsible for Improving Market share in the assigned territory the ideal candidate will have the ability to maintain an efficient system of operation to support the business needs. comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units. Establish and maintain Visibility, Availability, and Implementation of Marketing campaigns. Manage a team of Supervisors and Merchandisers. Should be a go-getter and have good Man Management Skills. Review performance of the team on a weekly basis and take corrective actions. Work Closely with Client and ensure proper reporting and efficiency of work done.Desired Candidate Profile:1.
