Job description: Planning daily tool room activities according to the priority. To attend breakdown of moulds on machine. Why why analysis for repetitive break downs and solving with preventing for recurrence. To do cost reduction of in-house maintenance. Welding and matching of moulds for flash reduction. Responsible to improvement /kaizen on moulds. Solving customer complaints which receive from quality department. To maintain MTTR & MTBF documents To maintain TS documents for tool room.. Reduction in MTTR. No production shortages due to tool breakdown. Updating and managing critical spares.Educational Qualification: Msc Automotive product design, Diploma in tool and die makingTechnical skills: Tool room engineer, tool room,MTTR,MTBF,Soft skills: Communications skills, Team buildingExperience: 5-7 years in mould maintenance
