Experience with CNC machines: Applicants should have 4-6 years of experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing environment.2. I.T.I. certification: A certificate from an Industrial Training Institute (I.T.I.) is required to demonstrate proficiency in operating CNC machines.3. Attention to detail: The ability to pay close attention to detail is important to ensure products are produced accurately.4.
