As a TIG & Arc Welder, you will be responsible for performing welding tasks with precision and efficiency. Your role will involve working with metal components to create strong, lasting joints according to specifications. **Key Responsibilities:**- **Welding Operations:** Operate TIG and Arc welding machines to join metal parts effectively, ensuring strong welds meet quality standards. - **Blueprint Interpretation:** Read and understand technical drawings and blueprints to determine the required weld specifications and procedures. - **Quality Control:** Inspect and test finished welds for strength and accuracy, ensuring all work meets safety regulations and quality standards. - **Equipment Maintenance:** Maintain welding equipment in good working condition by performing routine checks and addressing minor repairs as necessary. - **Safety Compliance:** Adhere to safety protocols and wear appropriate protective equipment to ensure a safe working environment. - **Collaboration:** Work closely with team members to complete projects on time and assist with other tasks as needed to support overall production goals. **Required Skills and Expectations:**Candidates should have 2 to 5 years of experience in welding, with a solid understanding of TIG and Arc welding processes.
