Key ResponsibilitiesTesting & Analysis: Conduct routine and non-routine chemical testing, including wet chemistry, titrations, pH measurement, viscosity testing, and moisture analysis.Instrumentation Operation: Calibrate, maintain, and operate analytical laboratory equipment such as HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography), GC (Gas Chromatography), UV-Vis Spectrophotometers, and FTIR.Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate, real-time records of all test results, raw data, and laboratory logs in compliance with internal SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and regulatory frameworks (like ISO, GLP, or FDA).Batch Release Support: Identify out-of-specification (OOS) results immediately, investigate root causes, and report anomalies to the Lab Manager to halt or adjust production batches.Chemical Management: Safely prepare, standardize, and maintain chemical reagents, volumetric solutions, and standards. Track laboratory inventory to avoid shortages of testing reagents.Safety & Hygiene: Strictly adhere to laboratory safety protocols, including the correct handling, labeling, and disposal of hazardous chemicals and materials.
