Job Summary:We are seeking a Software Analyst with a strong background in automation testing for web applications and RESTful APIs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of our software solutions by developing and executing automated test cases, identifying defects, and collaborating with the development team to enhance product quality.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and execute automation test scripts for web applications and RESTful APIs.Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and define test scenarios.Utilize tools like Selenium, Postman, RestAssured, or similar frameworks for automated testing.Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with the development team for resolution.Ensure test coverage and maintain test scripts in CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Git, or Azure DevOps.Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test reports.Work with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) to ensure testing aligns with sprint goals.Continuously enhance test automation frameworks and best practices.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.1+ years of experience in automation testing (Web & RESTful APIs).Hands-on experience with Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber, or equivalent test frameworks.Experience in API automation testing using Postman, RestAssured, Karate, or similar tools.Strong understanding of manual testing concepts, SDLC, and STLC.Knowledge of programming languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript for test automation.Experience with version control systems like Git/GitHub.Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.Good analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and documentation skills.Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):Experience with performance testing tools like J
