Ltd (EOFPL)Key Responsibilities:Tender Management: Identify, prepare, and submit tenders for government contracts, ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are met.Application Processes: Oversee the preparation and submission of applications for permits, licenses, and other necessary documents for project approval.Government Liaison: Establish and maintain strong relationships with government officials and agencies to facilitate smooth communication and project approvals.Compliance: Ensure all activities adhere to relevant government regulations and internal policies, staying updated on changes in legislation and policy.Negotiations: Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts with government agencies, aiming to secure favourable terms for the organisation.Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all tender submissions, applications, contracts, and communications with government entities.Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the status of tenders, applications, and government relations.Risk Management: Identify potential risks in tender submissions and government dealings, developing strategies to mitigate them.Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including legal, finance, and operations, to ensure alignment and support for tender and application processes.Market Intelligence: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities in the public sector to strategically position the organization.

Job Responsibility :Aspiring candidates should be capable of handling the following functions:Tender / GEM Bid SearchingBid Preparation- Technical Bid & Price BidE-TenderingE-BiddingReverse AuctionsLive AuctionsVendor Registration for Limited tendersShould have proper knowledge of Direct Purchasing , Golden parameters , PAC bids.Prepare all tender documents in the specific formats related to the bidSubmit the documents in stipulated time limits as mentioned in NIT of tendersCoordinate with the respective dept., for document procurement in process of tendersReporting bidding status online/offline on daily basisMIS Reports for preparation on regular basis regarding participated bids including EMD DetailsTracking status of Tenders/Bids offersFollow up with Vendors/OEMs/Departments/Clients for bids/tendersPreparing competitive bidders comparison sheetMaintaining Customer Relationship with existing/new clientsWell versed with document controllingShould quote the bid as per the compliance of the bid/tender.Qualification : Any Graduate
