Job Title: Business Development ManagerOrganization: Eastern Organic Fertilizers Pvt. Ltd (EOFPL)Key Responsibilities:Tender Management: Identify, prepare, and submit tenders for government contracts, ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are met.Application Processes: Oversee the preparation and submission of applications for permits, licenses, and other necessary documents for project approval.Government Liaison: Establish and maintain strong relationships with government officials and agencies to facilitate smooth communication and project approvals.Compliance: Ensure all activities adhere to relevant government regulations and internal policies, staying updated on changes in legislation and policy.Negotiations: Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts with government agencies, aiming to secure favourable terms for the organisation.Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all tender submissions, applications, contracts, and communications with government entities.Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the status of tenders, applications, and government relations.Risk Management: Identify potential risks in tender submissions and government dealings, developing strategies to mitigate them.Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including legal, finance, and operations, to ensure alignment and support for tender and application processes.Market Intelligence: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities in the public sector to strategically position the organization.

2+ experience in E tendering and management in a reputed Kolkata trading firm.
