This resource needs to have the following know-how.Understanding of the Gem portal - the resource must have a good experience and understanding of operating the GEM portal. He/She must have worked on gem portal for at least 2 years.Government tender - The resource must have worked in filling government tenders with required documents. He needs to have an understanding and experience in creating different documents for clearing the eligibility for a particular tender.Finding relevant tenders - The resource must have a know-how of different government agency tender portals to identify relevant tenders.Registration of Various Government agency portal - the Resource must have know-how of how to get vendor registration done on different government agency portal.
